The price is set by the agency and depends on the vehicle, the city, the season and the length of the rental. The price breakdown, service fees included, is shown before you book.
You choose a package that fits the size of your fleet, with vehicles included, monthly or yearly; prices excluding VAT are shown on the Pricing page. Commissions on bookings, paid online by the renter, come on top. Beta offer: the subscription is free for 6 months for founding agencies, then the founding-agency terms apply.
Nothing is charged when you send your request: the amount is only held on your card. When the agency accepts, you pay 15% of the rental price online (5% RentalMe service fee and 10% agency commission). The rest is paid directly to the agency when you pick up the vehicle, by the payment methods it accepts.
Yes. Every agency is verified before listing its vehicles, and RentalMe checks each vehicle's insurance certificate before it goes online.
Yes. Until the agency accepts your request, cancelling releases the amount held on your card. Once the booking is accepted, cancellation is free up to 72 hours before pick-up, and within one hour of acceptance whatever the pick-up date. After that, what you paid online is not refunded, but nothing more is owed to the agency. This is the RentalMe rule, the same for every agency.
Contact the agency first for anything about the vehicle. In case of an accident, get everyone to safety, inform the agency and the authorities, and keep photos and documents. Our team can also be reached by email and WhatsApp before, during and after your rental.
Depending on the agency, you pick the vehicle up at the agency or have it delivered to the address of your choice or to the airport. Delivery fees are set by the agency, shown before you book and paid to the agency.
Yes: the vehicle is insured by the agency and this insurance is included in the rental price. No extra insurance is sold at checkout. The agency's rental contract states what is covered and the excess amount.
The deposit is set by the agency and shown on the listing and in the rental contract. The agency holds it at pick-up, by the stated method, and returns it when the vehicle comes back.
Sign up your agency, have your company verified, then add your vehicles with photos, prices and availability. During the beta, the subscription is free for 6 months for founding agencies.
When a booking is accepted, the renter pays 15% of the rental price online: a 5% service fee and a 10% agency commission, collected by RentalMe. You collect the rest directly when the vehicle is picked up, by the payment methods you accept. If your partner contract sets other rates, those apply.
